As the CEO of FutureProof, Taewon Jun brings more than 20 years of experience within private equity, M&A, and investment banking. Prior to joining FutureProof, he led the M&A team at Hanwha Group HQ, where he was responsible for transactions pursued by various Hanwha affiliates within chemical, aerospace, and defense. Taewon also previously worked with Morgan Stanley Private Equity Asia Limited, focusing on the group’s private equity transactions in Korea. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Korea University, and an MBA from Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

As the CFO of FutureProof, Eric Kim brings nearly 20 years of experience in strategic investments and finance. In his role as CFO, Eric focuses on all corporate finance & legal matters and investor relations, and is also responsible for strategic investments made by FutureProof in the fields of battery ESS, LNG infrastructure, clean energy shipping, and aerospace, with a greater energy transition and sustainability focus. Prior to FutureProof, Eric was a member of M&A/Strategy team at Hanwha Group HQ. Eric also served as a Head of Operations at Qcells in Kuala Lumpur, and previously at PwC for advisory roles to private equity clients covering cross-border M&A transactions. He holds a BS degree in Business Administration from The University of Auckland and has a USCPA background.

Mike Bokina plays a dual role as CHRO of FutureProof and Hanwha USA. At FutureProof, he focuses on executive leadership recruiting and development, compensation strategies, and building a high-performance culture. Additionally, Mike looks across all Hanwha entities in the US to design and implement human capital solutions to support the aggressive growth plans of all businesses. Prior to Hanwha, Mike was Vice President, Head of Human Resources for Siemens USA, HR Strategy Consultant for PwC, and held various HR positions at Prudential Financial. He has a degree in English and Rhetoric from Drake University in Des Moines, IA, and an MBA with a focus on HR Management from Fairleigh Dickinson in Madison, NJ.

As Chief Strategy Officer & EVP for FutureProof, Antony draws on years of experience working across large complex capital-intensive markets with a strong core in Aerospace. His role at FutureProof is to craft and execute the Hanwha Aerospace strategy with a particular focus on the US growth strategy. Prior to joining FutureProof, Antony spent over 17 years at Rolls-Royce, with a significant portion in the commercial aerospace sector. Antony was also a key member of the Marine leadership team at Rolls-Royce, where he led the strategy development and M&A activities. He holds MBAs from both UCLA and the National University of Singapore.

As Chief Strategy Officer and Executive Vice President for LNG and Shipping, Tim Wyatt leads the development and implementation of Hanwha FutureProof’s LNG Shipping strategy with a particular focus on business development in the LNG industry in the United States. Tim brings over 15 years of experience in Commodity operations to FutureProof, including marketing, shipping, and trading. Before joining FutureProof, Tim spent more than 12 years with Cheniere, with roles ranging from Senior Manager, Shipping and Trading (UK), Vice President, Commercial Operations, Vice President, Business Development and Strategy, and finally, Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. Prior experience also includes Simpson, Spence and Young, where he was responsible for the gas business, and held positions with Shell and Deutsche Bank.

As Chief Strategy Officer for Renewable Energy and President of TransGrid Energy, Sean Park contributes to FutureProof’s renewable energy business strategy, project execution and asset operation of utility-scale BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects in the US.
Sean has spent over 20 years at various Hanwha affiliates and brings valuable experience in project finance & development and corporate planning & strategy to FutureProof.
Before joining FutureProof/TransGrid Energy, Sean spent 10 years with Hanwha Qcells, with roles ranging from project finance, project development, corporate planning, and investor relations. He also served 5 years at Hanwha Impact Partners and Hanwha Systems USA as Chief Operating officer in charge of corporate development. Prior experience also includes Hanwha Life Insurance, where he was responsible for alternative asset management. He holds a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University, a ME in Industrial Engineering & MS in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Chris Lee is the founding member of HFP Ventures at FutureProof and leads the corporate venture investment at FutureProof. He joined Hanwha in 2022, and backs founders who build transformational businesses based on deep tech and with a strong sense of purpose. Prior to Hanwha, Chris spent 9 years at Samsung Electronics, identifying and implementing emerging technology initiatives. In addition to his role at FutureProof, Chris serves on the board for Forge Nano, and he is passionate about working closely with portfolio companies to solve mission-critical problems. He received a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Johns Hopkins University and an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management.
